This nicely kept, 45' Tiara 4000 Sovran has just benefitted from the installation of two NEW Volvo IPS drives. Her owners have maintained her well and she is ready to go for 2025.

She offers a two stateroom, two head layout with a comfortable dinette and full service galley below deck and a large helm seating area and aft deck lounge above. This vessel provides an exceptionally comfortable and protected helm and passenger lounge, with excellent visibility.  These are quality built boats and the robust feel and quality work is evident when onboard.

The 4000/4300 Sovrans were the first production boats in North America to include the popular Volvo IPS Pod drives and Joystick control.

The accommodations are "Classic Tiara" with teak and holly salon flooring and warm wood cabinetry. The galley is to port and includes a dual burner ceramic cook top, dual stainless steel sink, Panasonic convection microwave oven and fridge/freezer. There is a comfortable dinette for meals. Opposite the dinette is the custom 24" multi-media Samsung flat screen TV/computer monitor.

The owner's stateroom is forward with an island queen. There is a lovely in-suite with Vacu-Flush head and a separate frameless glass shower enclosure. The owner has added a Furuno RD-30 repeater next to the headboard to provide up-to-the-second navigation and depth details.

Access to the guest stateroom is aft of the galley which means there is good separation between you and your guests on-board. The guest stateroom has its own head and shower. Sleeping is in two comfy singles with new mattresses. There is good lighting to read from or lean back and enjoy the satellite TV feed on your own flat screen TV.

Air conditioned in the summer and ESPAR heat in the winter make this boat comfortable and cozy 12 months of the year. 

The helm offers terrific visibility for the Captain and there is an abundance of seating for your guests close by. Highlighting the space are two side by side Furuno 12" monitors displaying all of your navigation requirements as well as a feed from the satellite TV and Personal Computer. This boat has the IPS Joystick as well as a factory installed bow thruster. You have the option of close in maneuvering under the control of the IPS joystick or conventionally with the thruster and forward/reverse transmissions.

The extensive entertainment and communications equipment on this vessel is normally only found aboard a much larger motor yacht. The owner can receive a daily e-mail from his Beacon Marine Harbor Master remote alarm and telemetry monitoring system providing updates on motion sensors, bilge pumps, low voltage, main engines being operated as well as the vessels current location (requires service hook up and monitoring).

A CQR anchor with swivel and 200' of chain is launched and retrieved with a Maxwell 800 windlass. It is operated from the helm or with foot switches at the bow. A raw water washdown can be found inside the hatch for the chain locker.

The factory hard top is the platform for a Seaview mast equipped with two GPS antennas (One for the navigation electronics and one for the Harbour Master vessel monitoring system), a KVH M3 satellite TV receiver, and the 48" Furuno open array radar antenna. There are 6 separate antennas for the following; Cell phone booster, AIS receiver, FM radio, WIFI bridge, VHF radio and SIRIUS satellite radio. One forward and one aft facing hatch provide ventilation to the pilot house.

All cleats, hand rails and deck hardware are well sized and functionally positioned to allow ease of use and manoeuvring around the decks.

Fresh and raw water washdowns including a hot/cold shower are located in the starboard aft cockpit. All deck hatches include rubber gaskets to eliminate rattling and oversize gutters attached outboard drains to help keep the bilge dry and moisture free.

A comfortable sun pad with cover is located on the fore deck for a lazy afternoon rest in the sun.

The large swim step includes a swim/safety ladder. There is a complete 2nd set of mooring lines and fenders found in the transom "trunk" in addition to the permanent moorage gear.

The 10'6" AB Rider tender is powered by a 30hp, 4 stroke Honda electric start outboard. It includes a St. Croix launch and retrieval system mounted on the swim step. The tender has a NEW custom cover, anchor, spare prop, throw line and a low speed towing bridle. The tender can accommodate 4 adults.
